• Usage Data: App usage duration, access times/dates, features used, content viewed, in-app actions, error reports, and purchase history.
• Log Data: IP address, device/OS details, browser info (web-only), language/time zone settings, usage stats, and app configuration data.
• Device Information: Device name, ID, model, manufacturer, region, OS, hardware specs, and device identifiers.
• Location Information: General device location, determined via IP address and device region data.
• Identifiers: Unique user ID and device token ID (for notifications, if you consent).
• Email Account Information
o We may request email access to provide core features (e.g., inbox organization). You can deny/revoke access in device settings, but this may limit essential functions.
o If you consent, we access your email account details (Google ID, nickname, profile photo, contact info, email address) and email content (messages, subjects, metadata).
o Key Notes: No emails are stored on our servers—processing occurs on your device/personal cloud. We do not use Google Workspace APIs to train general AI/ML models.

3)       User Content
We process content you provide, upload, or share via the App (materials, files, images, videos, audio, contacts, preferences, and other data).
• We may request access to your photo gallery or cloud services for features like similar photo matching. You can decline access (device settings), but this may restrict key functions.
• Key Note: No contacts, photos, or videos are stored on our servers—processing is done on your device/personal cloud.

4)       Customer Transaction Data
We collect order details (date, payment status, subscription type, billing info) from you, marketing partners, or payment processors.
• Important: We do not collect payment method details (e.g., credit card numbers) as we do not process payments directly.

5)       Marketing Data
With your consent, we collect usage data and ad identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, GAID, Firebase analytics ID).

This data supports product operations, legal compliance, service improvements, and seamless user navigation.
Gmail/Google API Important Note
When using Gmail via our App, we only access Gmail data to provide email client features (compose, send, read, manage messages). We do not collect, store, or transfer Google user data.
• We will never use Google API data for advertising (including retargeting or personalized ads).
• Our use of Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements).

 

3.     Purposes of Personal Data Processing

We process your personal data to continuously enhance our App and deliver new user experiences, for these specific purposes:

1)       Provide our services: We use functional and automatically processed data to deliver all the services you request.

2)       Optimize our App: We use automatically processed data to understand user behavior and trends, identify technical issues and outages, and operate, protect, enhance and optimize the App.

3)       Deliver targeted content: We may use automatically processed data for marketing to show interest-based ads and personalized content tailored to your preferences.

4)       Communicate with you: We use your data to send marketing newsletters, gather your App experience feedback, inform you of policy updates, and respond to your inquiries.

5)       Ensure safety & compliance: To keep the App free of spam and fraud, we use your data to detect, prevent and address fraud, security breaches, prohibited or illegal activities, protect our trademarks, and enforce our Terms of Use.
If we need to process your data for new purposes, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify you accordingly.

 

4.     Sharing Information with Third Parties

We may make third party applications, such as extensions, available through the Services. The information collected by us when you enable a third party application is processed under this Privacy Policy. Information collected by the third party application provider is governed by their privacy policies.

 

We promise to keep your personal information confidential. Except for the scenarios stipulated in this policy, we only share your necessary information with third parties in the following situations:

I. Have obtained your explicit consent or authorization;

II. When it is required to be provided in response to instructions from state agencies, authority, or administrative or judicial requirements;

III. When achieving the purposes described in the section "How we use personal data";

IV. Share with advertising service and technical support partners.

In order to provide you with more complete and high-quality products and services, we may share some of your personal information with our partners. 5.     User Privacy

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We do not collect or distribute any personal information (such as name, address, debit or credit card, or any banking information) through our App. This indicates that no information is collected by us that is sent over our network.

 

6.     Children Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Therefore, we never intentionally gather or request any personal information from minors less than 13 years old. We will take immediate action to remove any personal information we may have obtained from a kid under the age of 13 without their consent. Please get in touch with us if you think we might have any information from or about a kid under the age of 13.

8.     Change of Control

we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, or liquidation), information from or about our users may be among the items sold or transferred. However, this will not affect your rights or our obligations under this privacy policy.
