These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the our mobile application (the “App”), a photo album storage cleanup tool designed for iOS devices

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Service Description

1.1 The App provides iOS users with local photo album optimization and storage cleanup services, including but not limited to: identifying and deleting duplicate photos/videos, compressing media files without quality loss, removing blurry or low-resolution images, and organizing photo albums to free up device storage space.

1.2 All core cleanup and optimization functions of the App are performed locally on your iOS device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos, videos, or other media files to our servers, unless explicitly authorized by you for specific features (e.g., cloud backup, if applicable).

1.3 To use the App’s full functionality, you must grant it access to your iOS photo album in accordance with Apple’s iOS permission settings. We will only access the data necessary to provide the requested services.

2. User Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

2.2 You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the iOS device and the photo album content you process using the App, or have obtained valid authorization from the owner to use the App on such device and process such content.

3. User Obligations

3.1 You agree to use the App only for lawful, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3.2 You shall not:

(a) Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to bypass any security or access controls of the App;

(b) Use the App to process or access content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party;

(c) Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the App, or use the App in a way that may damage, disable, or overburden the App or our systems;

(d) Violate Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines or any terms of service for iOS devices.

3.3 You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to back up important photos and videos before using the App’s cleanup features. We are not liable for any accidental deletion of content caused by your improper operation of the App.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 The App, including all its features, code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and user interfaces, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights in the App are owned by us or our licensors.

4.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use on your iOS device, in accordance with these Terms.

4.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

5.1 Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5.2 As the App primarily processes data locally, we do not collect your photo or video content. We may collect non-identifiable usage data (e.g., App launch frequency, feature usage statistics) to improve the App’s performance and user experience, which will be anonymized and cannot be linked to you personally.

6.Subscription Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans & Access: The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans (the “Subscriptions”) to unlock premium features, including but not limited to unlimited duplicate photo deletion, batch media compression, ad-free experience, advanced blurry photo detection, and priority customer support. Available subscription cycles include weekly, monthly, and annual plans, as displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.

6.2 Pricing & Payment: Subscription prices are quoted in your local currency and are subject to change without prior notice, with any price adjustments effective only for new subscriptions or renewal cycles. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the Apple ID account for payment.

6.3 Auto-Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current cycle ends. Your Apple ID account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current cycle, at the then-current subscription price.

6.4 Free Trial (if applicable): If a free trial is offered, it will be available only to users who have not previously subscribed to the App’s premium services. The trial period will be specified in the App Store listing. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, your Apple ID account will be charged the applicable subscription fee, and the subscription will auto-renew thereafter.

6.5 Cancellation: You may cancel your auto-renewable Subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires. Uninstalling the App does not constitute cancellation of your Subscription.

6.6 Refund Policy: All subscription payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s App Store refund policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple Support, as we do not process subscription payments or issue refunds for App Store purchases.

6.7 Subscription Termination: Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity related to the App or your subscription.

6.8 Changes to Subscription Plans: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes via the App or email, where feasible. Your continued use of the premium services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised subscription terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components, or that the cleanup results will meet your specific requirements. The performance of the App may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as your device’s hardware, iOS version, or the size of your photo album.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR CONTENT.

8.2 Our total liability to you for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the App (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

9.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

9.2 Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and notify you via the App or other reasonable means.

10.2 Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
